Corporate Social Responsibility

Morelli have identified our need to behave in a responsible, ethical and trustworthy manner when dealing with staff, customers, suppliers and the environment. We take our H&S policy seriously and all our staff are trained in duty of care with an aim to minimise any impact on the environment where possible.

We support our chosen charities Debra, BEN and Autoraise through activities and fundraising programmes. We are a platinum sponsor to Autoraise and hope to encourage a fundamental reform to apprenticeships giving ownership to repairers, reflecting the needs of the modern Repairer and their demanding commercial environment.

Morelli have supported World Skills UK since its inception and donates management time and materials to promote careers within the industry, at skills events nationwide.

Modern Slavery Act 2015
The Act requires a commercial organisation over a specified size to issue a statement each financial year ensuring there is no slavery or trafficking in its supply chains or its own business.
Morelli is committed to working with its suppliers in order to eradicate and prevent slavery and human trafficking.
Morelli operates primarily in the UK market with bona fide suppliers. It has written to all principal supply partners. Assurances have been sought with their compliance of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by means of robust policies and systems in place to control these practices in their own operations and with their suppliers.
